Questions pet parents actually ask us
Is it actually going to leak in my bag?
No — that's the whole point of the design. Water only comes out when you press the button; the second you let go, it seals shut and any unused water flows straight back into the chamber. Toss it in your bag, backpack, or car cupholder without worrying about a puddle.
Can I just chuck it in the dishwasher?
The main water chamber is dishwasher-safe on the top rack. We'd recommend giving the press-button mechanism a quick hand rinse though, just to keep the seal working perfectly for the long run.
Which size should I actually get?
If your dog (or cat) is a smaller breed — think Yorkie, Frenchie, Pomeranian — the Small (320ml) is plenty. Got a medium to large dog, or planning longer hikes and hot days? Go with the Large (500ml) so you're not refilling halfway through your walk.
How many poop bags come with it, and can I refill it?
Every bottle ships with a starter roll so you're ready to go from day one, and the dispenser is designed to take standard refill rolls once you run out — no need to hunt for a special size.
What if mine arrives faulty or leaking?
